📋 Description

• Scale Discord Ads business through operational excellence
• Improve campaign execution efficiency and scale
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to reduce friction
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science
• Develop data-driven go-to-market strategies
• Assist in building automations and AI/LLM workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in digital advertising or ad operations
• Hands-on AI tooling experience (LLM-based workflows, scripting/automation)
• Proficiency with SQL; Python or similar for tooling/reporting
• Knowledge of ad tech, campaign operations, tracking/measurement
• Experience partnering with Engineering/Product on escalations or API integrations
• Strong client-facing skills and data-driven decision making
