📋 Description

• Fully remote role within the United States. Manage semi-monthly compensation cycles for financial
• Analyze and update Salesforce dashboard reports and preprocessing data for accurate compensation
• Review advisor pay periods, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate payments.
• Maintain compensation systems and enter new advisor agreements and related data.
• Review, code, design, and test system configurations for variable compensation calculations.
• Develop enhanced reporting, dashboards, and archival processes to improve visibility and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional business experience; accounting, auditing, compensation processing
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with business data and reporting tools.
• Experience analyzing financial or compensation data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholders and advisors.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation information appropriately.
