Advisor Marketing Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Co-own MQL, SAL, and advisor pipeline growth with leadership.
• Develop advisor ICPs, personas, and segment strategies for RIAs, hybrid advisors, broker-dealers.
• Craft positioning, messaging, and offers reflecting advisor needs and buying cycles.
• Build and execute demand-gen campaigns across paid, outbound, lifecycle, organic, webinar, and
• Lead webinar/event strategy end-to-end and post-event engagement.
• Translate insights into campaign strategies, content briefs, and testable hypotheses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, or fintech serving the advisor
• Strong understanding of advisor psychology, objections, and buying cycles.
• Proven multi-channel program development with measurable pipeline impact.
• Fluent in positioning, messaging, audience strategy, and performance marketing fundamentals.
• Experience end-to-end program management: briefs, content, launches, analysis, iterations.
• Experience leading webinars/events that create and convert B2B demand; data-driven with funnel
