📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly lease agreements and general
• Analyze contractual terms, identify legal and commercial risks, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare legal opinions, notifications, and advisory materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide legal support on a broad range of business matters with a practical approach.
• Understand the economic and legal context of client businesses and translate to actionable advice.
• Support shopping center-related matters when applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• At least 2 years of experience in contracts and advisory work.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, especially leases and service agreements.
• Generalist knowledge of business and corporate legal matters.
• Ability to understand business scenarios and evaluate legal/commercial implications.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF tools.
