Design and develop structural components for next-gen UAV platform
Collaborate across aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, payload, and manufacturing
Support hardware through testing and deployment
Produce design documentation and drawings per aerospace standards
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
Improve structural layout, joints, tolerancing and optimization

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
2+ years in aircraft structural design
Experience releasing structural components in development/production
Knowledge of composite and metallic structures, fasteners, joins, load paths
CAD tools: NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar
GD&T, tolerance stackups, DFMA
