• Documentation and compliance with 24-hour turnaround for case notes and standard audit policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid professional license/registration to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Experience as an EAP provider preferred; familiarity with short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• Clinical excellence, strong administrative discipline, and ability to build therapeutic alliances
