🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or higher in Counseling/Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid license/registration to practice in India.
• 2+ years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Prior EAP service provider experience preferred.
• Proficiency in short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• Excellent documentation, confidentiality, and compliance.
