• Short-term, solution-focused therapy within an affiliate/network partnership framework.
• Flexible, multi-modal delivery (in-person, virtual, telephonic) aligned to case allocation.
• Structured documentation and adherence to Lyra’s SOPs and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum of two (2) years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Preferred: prior experience as an EAP service provider with knowledge of short-term
