• Deliver counseling via in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions.

• Identify high-risk cases and follow SLAs for emergencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid license/registration to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Prior experience as an EAP provider is highly preferred.
• Administrative discipline with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to build therapeutic alliances across modalities.
