🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• Valid professional license to practice counseling in India
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical experience
• Prior EAP experience and short-term therapy approach preferred
• Strong documentation discipline and compliance awareness
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
