• Engagement: Affiliate/Network Partner; deliver multi-modal counselling.
• Provide workplace-focused, short-term solution-focused therapy.
• 24-hour documentation: complete notes within 24 hours.
• Maintain audit-ready clinical notes and quality standards.
• Case authorization and protocol adherence; verify via Lyra’s system.
• Identify high-risk cases; follow SLAs for emergencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or higher in Counseling/Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid license to practice in India.
• 2+ years post-qualification clinical experience.
• EAP experience preferred; short-term, solution-focused.
• Evidence-based practices with strong clinical standards.
• Highly organized with documentation and clear communication.
