📋 Description

• Grow and optimize affiliate network while maintaining strong partner relationships
• Identify, recruit, onboarding relevant affiliates and partners
• Build relationships, provide ongoing support, resources, and guidance
• Monitor campaign performance: traffic, leads, conversions, revenue
• Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage affiliate communications and ensure partners have necessary tools

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, program management, partnerships or similar
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with multiple partners
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and compliance
