📋 Description

• Source, develop and close affiliate partnerships in casino/sports betting
• Build a pipeline with review sites, tipsters, content publishers
• Manage regional partner portfolio as primary day-to-day contact
• Optimise placements, offers and assets to boost registrations and value
• Monitor deal and cohort performance, traffic quality and NGR
• Renegotiate or terminate underperforming traffic sources

🎯 Requirements

• Proven affiliate sourcing/closing in casino/sports betting
• Strong network across publishers, tipsters and content channels
• Experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, hybrid and fixed-fee models
• Good commercial judgment and deal profitability assessment
• Ability to analyse traffic quality and identify bonus abuse
• Experience managing an affiliate portfolio remotely
