📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners across review and comparison websites
• Manage the existing regional partner portfolio as the primary day-to-day contact, strengthening
• Optimise partner positioning, placements, offers, and creative assets to improve registration
• Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, assessing traffic quality, player value, bonus
• Identify underperforming or low-quality traffic sources and take decisive action through

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships within the casino and/or sports
• Strong understanding of the regional casino and sports betting affiliate ecosystem, with
• Hands-on experience negotiating and managing CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee affiliate
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, including the ability to assess deal
• Demonstrated ability to analyse traffic quality and player cohort performance, identify bonus abuse
• Experience independently managing an affiliate portfolio, including partner communication
