📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partners across review sites, bonus platforms, tipsters
• Manage existing regional partners as day-to-day contact, focusing on performance and commercial
• Optimise partner positioning, offers, and assets to improve registrations and value.
• Monitor deal and cohort performance, traffic quality, and NGR contribution.
• Identify underperforming traffic and renegotiate or terminate where needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships in casino or sports betting, with
• Strong network across publisher, community, tipster, or content channels; ability to grow quickly.
• Hands-on with CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee affiliate models; understand economics.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and profitability assessment.
• Ability to analyse traffic quality and player performance; data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing an affiliate portfolio independently, with reporting and payments.
