Affiliate Manager - Casino & Sports

📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partners across review sites, bonus platforms, tipsters
• Manage the existing regional partner portfolio as the primary day-to-day contact, focusing on
• Optimise partner positioning, placements, offers, and assets to improve registration, FTD, and
• Monitor deal- and cohort-level performance, assessing traffic quality, player value, bonus abuse
• Identify underperforming traffic sources and renegotiate, optimise, or terminate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships in casino and/or sports betting with
• Strong understanding of the regional casino and sports betting affiliate ecosystem with established
• Hands-on experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee affiliate arrangements
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to assess deal profitability within
• Ability to analyse traffic quality and cohort performance, identify bonus abuse or low-value
• Experience managing an affiliate portfolio end-to-end including communication, reporting, and
