📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partners across review sites, bonus platforms, tipsters
• Manage regional partner portfolio as primary day-to-day contact.
• Optimise partner positioning, offers, and assets to improve registrations and player value.
• Monitor deal and cohort performance; assess traffic quality and NGR contribution.
• Identify underperforming traffic and renegotiate or terminate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships in casino/sports betting with FTD/NGR
• Strong understanding of regional affiliate ecosystems and networks.
• Hands-on experience with CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee models.
• Strong commercial judgment; ability to assess profitability and escalation needs.
• Ability to analyze traffic quality and partner performance; data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing an affiliate portfolio remotely across international teams.
