📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships in casino and sports betting.
• Build a strong pipeline with review sites, bonus platforms, tipsters, streamers, publishers, and
• Manage the regional partner portfolio as day-to-day contact and drive performance.
• Optimise positioning, placements, offers, and creative assets to boost registrations and player
• Monitor deal and cohort performance: traffic quality, bonus abuse, and NGR contribution.
• Identify underperforming traffic and renegotiate, optimise, or terminate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships in casino or sports betting with
• Strong network across publisher, community, tipster, or content channels or ability to develop them
• Hands-on CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee affiliate arrangements; understand economics
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to assess profitability within
• Analytical and organisational skills to manage multiple partnerships and priorities.
• Excellent communication and proactive, results-driven approach; remote work experience valued.
