📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting
• Build and maintain a pipeline with review sites, bonus platforms, tipsters, streamers, publishers
• Manage existing regional partners as primary day-to-day contact, focusing on performance and
• Optimise partner positioning, placements, offers, and assets to improve registrations and player
• Monitor deal and cohort-level performance, traffic quality, and NGR contribution.
• Identify underperforming traffic sources and renegotiate, optimise, or terminate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships in casino or sports betting with
• Strong network across publisher, community, tipster, or content channels, or ability to develop
• Experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee arrangements and understanding
• Strong commercial judgment, ability to assess profitability and escalate when needed.
• Analytical in evaluating traffic quality and player cohorts; data-driven about performance.
• Experience managing an affiliate portfolio, including communication, reporting, and payments.
