Affiliate Manager - Casino & Sports

📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partners across review sites, bonus platforms, tipsters
• Manage the regional partner portfolio as primary day-to-day contact
• Optimise partner positioning, placements, offers, and assets to improve registration and player
• Monitor deal-level and cohort performance; assess traffic quality and NGR contribution
• Identify underperforming traffic sources and renegotiate, optimise, or terminate as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and closing affiliate partnerships in casino and/or sports betting
• Strong understanding of regional casino and sports betting affiliate ecosystems
• Hands-on experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee models
• Strong commercial judgment; assess profitability and escalation when needed
• Ability to analyse traffic quality and player cohorts; data-driven decisions
• Experience managing an affiliate portfolio with reporting and payment accuracy
