📋 Description

• Source, identify, onboard, and activate new affiliates and media teams in crypto iGaming.
• Build a high-quality affiliate network for profitable traffic.
• Structure, negotiate, and launch CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals.
• Evaluate deal economics: LTV, ROI, ROMI, profitability, margins.
• Monitor metrics: conversion rates, FTDs, retention, NGR.
• Analyze traffic performance for optimization and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong crypto iGaming experience and familiarity with crypto traffic sources.
• Hands-on crypto casino and crypto affiliate marketing background.
• Established affiliate network within iGaming.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models.
• Deep understanding of LTV, ROI, ROMI, profitability, margins, costs.
• Ability to analyze conversions, FTDs, retention, and NGR.
