📋 Description

• Source, identify, onboard, and activate new affiliates, webmasters, and media-buying teams within
• Build and expand a high-quality network of affiliate partners capable of generating sustainable and
• Develop, structure, negotiate, and launch commercial agreements using CPA, Revenue Share, and
• Evaluate deal economics and assess the commercial viability of prospective partnerships using LTV
• Monitor key product and conversion metrics, including conversion rates, first-time depositors
• Analyze affiliate and traffic performance to identify opportunities for optimization, improved

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in crypto iGaming, with a solid understanding of crypto-focused
• Proven hands-on experience working with crypto casinos and crypto-oriented affiliate marketing.
• An established network of affiliate partners, webmasters, media buyers, or other relevant players
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commercial models.
• Strong understanding of affiliate deal economics, including LTV, ROI, ROMI, profitability, margins
• Ability to analyze and interpret key performance and product metrics such as conversion rate, FTDs
