📋 Description

• Develop and expand the affiliate network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding relevant
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates with ongoing support and resources.
• Monitor campaign performance by tracking traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve results.
• Manage communications, ensuring partners have tools and information needed to succeed.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate guidelines and address fraudulent or noncompliant behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, program management, or partnerships.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with multiple partners.
• Responsible, proactive, organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
