Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Own GCC player acquisition strategy with focus on FTD, revenue, growth.
• Manage acquisition campaigns across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO, partnerships.
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities in the GCC region.
• Build relationships with affiliates, media partners, publishers, influencers.
• Monitor campaigns using CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue, conversions.
• Allocate budgets to maximize commercial returns and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition, performance, affiliate, or growth marketing (iGaming).
• Proven GCC player acquisition and FTD growth track record.
• Strong affiliate, paid acquisition, and performance-led strategies.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English; Arabic desirable.
