Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Lead player acquisition across GCC with focus on FTD and revenue growth
• Develop and optimize acquisition campaigns across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO
• Identify new opportunities and channels to accelerate regional growth
• Build relationships with affiliates, agencies, publishers, influencers
• Monitor performance metrics: CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue, conversions
• Manage budgets for efficient spend and returns

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition, performance or growth marketing in iGaming
• Proven FTD growth in GCC markets
• Strong affiliate, paid acquisition, digital, and growth strategy knowledge
• Experience with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into decisions
• Commercial mindset with negotiation and partner management
