Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Own and execute the GCC player acquisition strategy focusing on FTD and revenue growth.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and emerging channels for GCC growth.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, agencies, publishers, and partners.
• Monitor campaign performance using CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue and conversions.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, Content, Compliance, and Design to improve campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition, performance, affiliate, or growth marketing within iGaming.
• Proven track record driving FTD growth across GCC markets.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, paid acquisition, and performance-led growth.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive decisions.
• Fluent English required; Arabic desirable.
