Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Lead player acquisition across GCC markets with focus on FTD and revenue growth.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns via affiliates, paid media
• Identify new opportunities and channels to accelerate regional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, media agencies, publishers, influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance: CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue, conversion rates.
• Manage budgets to maximize commercial returns.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing in iGaming.
• Proven track record driving acquisition and FTD growth in GCC markets.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, paid acquisition, digital marketing.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other models.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into decisions.
• Highly commercial with negotiation and partner management skills.
