Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Lead player acquisition across GCC markets with focus on FTD, revenue, and growth
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across affiliates, paid media
• Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to accelerate regional growth
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, agencies, publishers, influencers
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using metrics like CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue
• Manage budgets and allocate spend for max commercial return

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing within
• Track record of driving player acquisition and FTD growth in GCC
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-led growth strategies
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and other partnership models
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into business decisions
• Highly commercial with negotiation and partner management capabilities
