📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate partnerships across the region.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective affiliate partners.
• Structure commercial agreements with rakeback and CPA models.
• Manage the existing regional affiliate portfolio day-to-day.
• Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance and profitability.

• Proven track record sourcing and closing poker affiliate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of poker player economics and rake structures.
• Established relationships in regional poker affiliate ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, rakeback, and hybrid deals.
• Experience analyzing cohort quality, rake, longevity, and profitability.
• Strong negotiation and independent, results-focused mindset.
