📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate partnerships across the region using CPA
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective affiliate partners across regional poker and
• Structure commercial agreements with clarity on player economics, balancing costs and rakeback with
• Manage the existing regional affiliate portfolio as primary day-to-day contact, focusing on
• Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance: traffic quality, rake generation, longevity
• Identify underperforming traffic sources and take action through optimisation or renegotiation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing and closing poker affiliate partnerships with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of online poker economics, rakeback, and acquisition costs.
• Established relationships in regional poker affiliate ecosystem or ability to build quickly.
• Hands-on experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, rakeback-based, and hybrid arrangements.
• Experience analysing cohort quality, rake generation, longevity, traffic, and profitability.
• Strong negotiation and commercial judgment with ability to operate within guardrails.
