📋 Description

• Source, develop, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate partnerships across the region
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective affiliate partners
• Structure commercial agreements balancing acquisition costs and player value
• Manage existing regional affiliate portfolio as day-to-day contact
• Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance and profitability
• Identify and optimise underperforming traffic sources

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing and closing poker affiliate partnerships
• Strong understanding of online poker economics and rakeback
• Established relationships in regional poker affiliate ecosystem or ability to build networks quickly
• Hands-on with CPA, revenue share, rakeback, and hybrid affiliate arrangements
• Experience analysing cohort quality, rake generation, and partner profitability
• Strong negotiation and independent execution within guardrails
