🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing/closing poker affiliate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of poker economics, rakeback, acquisition costs.
• Established regional affiliate network or ability to build one.
• Experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, rakeback, hybrid models.
• Analytical with ability to assess cohort quality and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation and communication; autonomous in a fast-moving setting.
