Affiliate Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Build and manage LumiMeds' affiliate program across networks and direct partners.
• Recruit and onboard high-fit affiliates across health blogs and publishers.
• Negotiate commissions, CPA/CPL, and hybrid deals aligned to LTV.
• Activate and re-engage partners with promotions and assets.
• Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across placements.
• Report affiliate contributions: patients, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing affiliate or performance programs
• Experience with at least one major network (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten)
• Strong CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission knowledge
• Experience recruiting/managing publisher relationships at scale
• Familiarity with fraud, compliance, brand safety in affiliate channels
• Data-driven: pull reports, dashboards, optimize from data
