Affiliate Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and manage the affiliate program end to end, including onboarding, platform admin
• Set and manage commission structures, codes, tracking links, incentives, and payouts.
• Monitor KPIs (clicks, conversions, revenue, creator contribution) to guide optimization.
• Build a pipeline of high-performers by sourcing creators and identifying paid opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with affiliates through updates, incentives, and feedback.
• Conduct A/B testing across affiliate funnel stages to improve conversions and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or related performance-marketing discipline.
• Experience managing an affiliate program via AspireIQ or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of commission structures, payouts, tracking, conversions, and optimization.
• Data-driven with ability to identify opportunities and actionable next steps.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with many affiliate relationships and
