🎯 Requirements

3+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or biz dev.
Proven track record building/scaling affiliate networks in crypto, SaaS, or gaming.
Strong networking and relationship-management skills; influencer landscape.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and crypto payments.
Ability to work independently and manage a global partner network across time zones.
