📋 Description

• Identify and recruit high-impact affiliates, influencers, and community leaders in crypto/fintech.
• Design and implement commission structures and incentives to drive loyalty and performance.
• Manage end-to-end affiliate lifecycle; provide assets, support, and product education.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate metrics to optimize conversions and growth.
• Be primary liaison for the network; align affiliates with brand guidelines and product updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record building and scaling affiliate networks in crypto, SaaS, or gaming.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills; deep influencer landscape understanding.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and crypto-native payment systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage a global, time-zone diverse partner network.
