• Respond quickly to issues, ensuring smooth deliveries and high service levels.
• Anticipate weather, traffic, and equipment issues to keep deliveries on track.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and sales teams.
• Document load details and billing info accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ years in freight brokerage or logistics (training available).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills; night/weekend availability.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
