📋 Description

• Provide legal strategy and support for Market Access and pricing teams.
• Advise on payor and trade access, contracting strategies, and related issues.
• Offer strategic legal counsel to senior management on pricing and access matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate government, payor, and trade agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• ABA-accredited law degree and bar admission (or eligible).
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience; pharma experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payor contracting and regulatory landscape.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-visibility projects.
