📋 Description

• Advise business and leadership on complex legal/regulatory matters for consumer products and growth
• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements supporting new products and strategic partnerships.
• Assess legal risks across product lifecycle and provide practical safeguards.
• Partner with product, technology, design, marketing, compliance, and counsel teams on regulatory
• Translate laws into actionable guidance and help establish agile governance.
• Advise executives and boards on product development, risks, and mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with active license in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience advising on product development in regulated industries.
• Significant experience with new products/services in healthcare, banking/financial services, or
• Experience advising senior management and boards on complex legal/business matters.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, UDAP, and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to quickly learn new regulatory regimes and translate issues into practical recommendations.
