Agent Architect, Audit

📋 Description

• Help design the AI-powered workflows that will define the future of audit and assurance.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to translate real-world audit processes
• Work directly with audit firms using Fieldguide to understand their workflows, pain points, and
• Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements to ensure the product meets the standards
• Collaborate with our ML team to develop AI agent capabilities that assist with tasks such as
• Help rethink long-standing audit processes and shape how AI can augment professional judgment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + CPA license or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 8-10+ years of experience in audit at a leading public accounting firm at the Senior Manager level
• Experience auditing financial statements end-to-end, including designing and executing audit
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience performing financial statement audits end-to-end, including planning and risk
• Experience working across multiple clients and industries.
