📋 Description

• Design AI-powered audit workflows at Fieldguide
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate audit processes into product
• Engage with audit firms to understand workflows and automation opportunities
• Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional services workflows
• Work with ML team to develop AI agent capabilities for document analysis and evidence evaluation
• Rethink long-standing audit processes with AI-assisted judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license or Master’s in Accounting
• 8-10+ years audit experience at a top public firm (Senior Manager level+)
• End-to-end financial statement audits; design and execute audit workpapers
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement prep
• Experience evaluating internal controls (ICFR) and reporting disclosures
