📋 Description

• Work directly with customers to define metrics and operationalize them for trust and use.
• Own delivery of metrics and reinforce narratives with transparent data access.
• Improve metrics on accounts and design experiments to move them.
• Scope and build product features, tools, and frameworks for client deployment.
• Define success for new initiatives as the product evolves and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative role driving end-to-end analyses.
• Exceptional judgment interpreting metrics and prioritizing what matters.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous situations; ability to defend best options.
• Strong independence; ability to define work and own outcomes.
• Ability to align stakeholders with a shared success definition across priorities.
• Strong technical fundamentals in SQL and Python and handling large, messy data.
