🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an AI engineer or AI Ops engineer.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, AI-driven ITSM, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents, workflows, and integrations.
• Hands-on with Conversational AI, chatbot orchestration, and self-service solutions.
• Hands-on integration experience with enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, Nexthink, Okta, endpoint
• Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and identity integrations.
