🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping real products.
• Full-stack experience: Node.js backend + Vue.js/React/Angular frontend.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in real workflows with tangible outcomes.
• Strong product mindset: focused on user/business outcomes rather than features.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving where the path isn’t initially clear.
• Solid fundamentals: REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, TypeScript, testing discipline.
