📋 Description

• Facilitate core Scrum events to support productive communication and collaboration.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement to boost delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile knowledge to address moderately scoped delivery challenges.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.
• Identify impediments and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 7+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PM, or related roles managing projects.
• Experience managing technical product portfolios and leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and handle delivery challenges.

• Base salary $130,000–$140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
