Agile Program Director

📋 Description

• Lead Agile Release Train operations and coach teams and leaders using SAFe principles.
• Facilitate ART events (PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
• Coordinate PI Planning readiness, logistics, and alignment on missions and objectives.
• Manage ART cadence, ceremonies, dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
• Improve Program Kanban, apply WIP limits, and optimize feature delivery flow.
• Monitor SAFe flow metrics and provide transparent reporting on delivery and value.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Agile delivery; at least 2 years in program-level facilitation/coaching (RTE or Senior
• Experience managing Scrum Masters/Agile coaches or similar roles.
• Proven facilitation of SAFe PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of ART, Program Kanban, dependency and ROAM risk management, and Agile metrics.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management across levels.
