AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-impact AI agents that improve workflows
• Support the super user network through design consultations, 1:1 coaching, and build reviews
• Partner with Strategic Initiatives leadership and adjacent teams to ensure agents are
• Contribute to the broader AI program - surface patterns from builds and super user work, propose
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across all organizational levels, including executives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; relevant professional experience may be substituted
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, product, strategy, or
• Significant experience building and deploying AI agents or past technology tools
• Strong workflow analysis
• Uses an iterative approach, favoring rapid experimentation, learning from outcomes, and adjusting
• Apply strong critical thinking when reviewing AI-generated outputs, carefully evaluating accuracy
