📋 Description

Join our AI Transformation Team in Munich to drive AI adoption across EGYM.
Own the enablement engine turning AI into working tools used by departments.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: ~3 years in AI enablement, consulting, product, or transformation.
AI-literate: daily use of ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot; hands-on with low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make
Languages: fluent in English and German.
Education: degree in Business, Innovation Management, CS, Engineering, or related field.
KPIs & storytelling: able to define KPIs and prove AI interventions work.
