📋 Description

• Build and scale production AI agents focusing on orchestration, context engineering, evaluation
• Collaborate with the AI function lead; first dedicated hire shaping agent architecture and tooling.
• Operate as an individual contributor without people management responsibilities.
• Deliver measurable outcomes from day one and align with product roadmap timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building production LLM agents with tool-calling loops, streaming, context management, and
• Production experience with an agentic framework (LangGraph, LangChain or custom); strong
• 1+ year in evaluation-driven development with datasets/pipelines for tool selection and
• 1+ year in LLM observability and tracing (Langfuse/OpenTelemetry or similar).
• 1+ year in LLM cost optimization (prompt caching, model selection, routing).
• 5+ years backend engineering (TypeScript/Node, PostgreSQL, serverless AWS).
