AI Architect / AI Solution Architect (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Develop and design modern AI and Generative AI architectures
• Evaluate AI technologies and architect scalable solutions
• Integrate AI use cases into current IT/data/cloud landscapes
• Collaborate with business, data science, IT and stakeholders
• Create architecture concepts, documentation and decision papers
• Define AI governance, security and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6+ years of experience in IT/solution/enterprise architecture
• Proven AI Architect / AI Solution Architect experience
• Very good knowledge of AI, ML and Generative AI
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience with Large Language Models and Claude
• Strong understanding of AI architectures, data architectures, APIs and integration patterns
